I’m Rita, an Embodiment Coach with a Master’s degree in Peace and Conflict Studies. I have over a decade of experience in helping people heal and grow.

My journey began in the Austrian Alps, as a yoga, fitness, and mindfulness teacher. I created Mind Moves On to rebuild myself emotionally and physically after a heartbreak and personal losses.

When I moved to New York, I designed a full-body method to overcome the stress of city life and support real, lasting transformation of both mind and body.

I’m here to help you reset your system, rebuild your strength, and restart your life with clarity, energy, and confidence. You don’t have to do it alone!
